Excited to share a project we’ve been working on for Dr. John L. Burns Jr., MD in Dallas, Texas! This past weekend, we had the chance to watch Venture Mechanical, Inc. and 5 STATE HELICOPTERS, INC seamlessly lift and place two units on the roof faster than it takes to find a parking spot in downtown Dallas. Huge thanks to everyone involved for their precision, coordination, and commitment to safety in making this a smooth success. We can’t wait to share more as Dr. Burns’ office transforms into a truly modern and inviting space!

Universal Studios in Frisco, Texas, boasts over 50 independent structures spread out over Six Character Themed Parks totaling over 140,000 gross square feet.? This labor of love consists of over 200 autonomous mechanical systems, culminating in 700 aggregate tons requiring over 36,000 construction hours for Division 23.? The rich architecture for this unique project was provided by Gensler Architects, with an uncompromising MEP design by our friends at DFW Consulting Group.? What an exciting week at The University of Texas at Arlington! On Monday, Linbeck celebrated the topping out of the new Maverick Hall: a five-story, 206,000 SF residence hall that features 654 beds and all the amenities a student could want (or need). This milestone marks a significant step in the construction process and our providing a vibrant living space for the university’s growing student body. Thank you to our incredible design-build partners who have helped make this project all that it is, as well as our project team for their success in completing more than 100,000 manhours with zero lost time incidents. Cold Summit Dallas, TX is coming along nicely! ?? This 364,422 sq. ft. freezer/cooler?facility features shrinkage compensating slab, an ammonia refrigeration system, a 50 ft. clear height with five potential convertible refrigeration zones, a temperature range from -20 F to +55 F, premium high speed freezer doors, and so much more! ??
