Last week’s Venture Cooperative call took us deep into Laconia’s investment process, covering everything from deal sourcing to the core of due diligence. Cohort members got an inside look at how Laconia assesses potential investments and what it truly means to build a venture portfolio. We also defined a “Laconia founder”—someone with grit, self-awareness, and humility. They know their strengths and weaknesses, share the spotlight, and build up their team.
