关于我们
We are a non-profit organization founded in 1977, recovering California Condors in the wild and providing outdoor education programs for more than 1,000 youth annually. We also released bald eagles to the wild and re-established a thriving population in central California.

We are thrilled to continue this vital work and to have Parks California funding and support!
Parks California joined our Route to Parks grantee, VENTANA WILDLIFE SOCIETY, along with Judy De Freitas of Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a program funder, for one of their Teen Watershed Programs. A student named Alisa shared, "I love being out in nature. I don’t go out much. It brings me happiness and makes me feel good. I feel like one with nature again. Each time we go on these trips it’s a reconnection with nature.” See how these students are growing from connections to nature with the full story by Elizabeth Kubey at https://lnkd.in/g7rFktRp Photos: Students hold up their artwork Staff from Parks California, California State Parks, Ventana Wildlife Society, with some of the participating students Students hike back among wildflowers Photo: Matea Meadows-Hills Sticky monkeyflower
