A pair of housing projects that together would add 90 units of housing north of Grand Rapids have secured nearly $8.9 million in tax incentives. These are the first incentives Plainfield Township has awarded under a recently expanded state law that allows brownfield TIF incentives to be used to support workforce housing. Our field crew took a break from the grind last Friday with a fall cookout at the park right across from our Harwood Flats jobsite. Great food, great weather, and a great way to refuel and have some fun with the team to wind down the week. We appreciate the crew’s hard work and dedication every day—whether they’re handling tools or tongs. Time well spent!
