Strategic Partnerships: we shifted focus from time-bound engagements to partnerships centered around shared risks and co-development. These are grounded in mutual goals, involving joint projects and reviews to define and achieve success collaboratively. ?? Sustainability as Strategic Advantage: discussed transforming sustainability into a significant strategic benefit. This shift is crucial for enhancing customer loyalty and overall brand value. ?? Supplier Engagement via SBTi: learned about the supplier engagement program initiated by SBTi, emphasizing leadership and global impact over financial contributions. It's about being proactive leaders in sustainability, not just participants. ?? Importance of Soft Skills in Procurement: highlighted the critical soft skills necessary in today's procurement landscape, including teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
