We are excited to start our project at Baytown 146, Velocis' first industrial development in Houston. Alongside our partners at KBC Advisors, we are developing a 321,000 SF cross dock and a 428,000 SF cross dock with ample trailer and auto parking. This summer at Velocis, our interns were introduced to all aspects of a private equity real estate fund manager’s business. They participated in projects related to acquisitions, asset management, development, disposition, investment, leasing, pricing, property management and valuation. Both of these interns are Vistra Presidential Scholarship recipients, which is only given to Paul Quinn College students who exhibit both leadership and academic excellence. ?
