Trending dapps and Web3 data this week

• With over 751.26k UAW registered in the past 7 days, Stargate Finance remains the leader of the rankings. Likewise, DeFi and Exchanges are the dominant categories of the Top 10 dapps of the week.
• In the blockchain gaming space, casual mobile games are on fire. Joyride Games Carrom Blitz had a +68% increase in UAW, entering the Top 5 Games of the week. Another highlight of the week goes to PlayEmber on NEAR , which saw a 303% increase in UAW.
• Social dapps continued to grow in numbers this week, with Playbux increasing its number of UAW by 76%, Hooked by 27% and Galxe by 6%. This shows that the popularity gap between the three leading social dapps is getting tighter.
• The NFT space is going through a downturn, with Bored Ape Yacht Club floor price dropping by -51% in the last 7 days. Azuki ’s trading volume is also down by -53%, particularly due to the Elementals collection flop. On the other side of the coin, The Captainz , 9gag NFTs revealed this week, closed the week with a positive +65% increase in trading volume. DeGods also had a +17% increase in sales volume and 7% in floor price following a project update.

Dapp of the Week ??

We can only pick one dapp of the week. This dapp grew its user base by 17% this week to almost 27,000. And with the launch of a bridge to BNB Chain, they saw $3.21 million in volume flowing into their smart contracts. Take a guess… Our pick for dapp of the week is… ??
