REMANUFACTURE YOUR OLD FLEET NEW AGAIN

关于我们

Top 10 Ways Remanufacturing Can Help Your Business 1. Capital Expense SAVINGS: Reman saves about 50% on vehicle replacement costs. There is no quicker, more efficient way to minimize your fleet's capital spending. Assign the dollars saved to other priorities (salaries, benefits, equipment). 2. 3-Year Warranty: Reman vehicles have a three-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. That's extra confidence in your reman strategy. If repairs come up, use any shop you like. Full replacement warranty for first 12 months and 36,000 miles and then the manufacturers warranty. 3. Lower Operational Costs: Reman replaces everything that is worn or could wear out. That means lower, predictable cost of operation. 4. Depreciation: If you recapitalize the reman vehicle, you could depreciate dollars you've already rolled off. What could be better? Otherwise, you can expense the reman cost. Trade in a vehicle core and you could save another 2%. (Consult your tax advisor) 5. Fewer Delays: Often you will get back your reman vehicle faster than ordering new. All without the hassles and costs of the replacement cycle. 6. Keep the Upfits: We provide specialized body conditioning for ambulances, para-transit buses, service bodies, and other upfits. With reman, you retain the investment in your specialized upfit equipment. 7. Full Utilization: With reman, you use the full vehicle lifecycle, instead of discarding the vehicle with value left in the core. Reman takes care of all vehicle issues in one visit. 8. Vehicle History: The vehicle history from your fleet management program will speed up the assessment process - and it ensures re-use of recently replaced components. 9. Lowest Cost Per Mile: Reman delivers the lowest operational cost per mile via high vehicle utilization and a second depreciation. This isn't just talking - that's straight from CFOs and fleet managers. 10. No-Cost Sustainability: Just by using reman you save emissions, water resources, energy, and landfill space.

ATTENTION: We are halting the remanufacturing of all Deloreans until someone invents a Flux Capacitator. I'll update as this develops.

This is me and a buddy on our way to the village of Walikale in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We were in the process of starting a non-profit in Congo, partly aiming to document what’s actually happening in the mines that produce 65% of the world’s coltan. For those unfamiliar, coltan is essential for batteries in electric vehicles and it's one of the world's most valuable resources. We knew the mining conditions were bad but the Congolese on the ground were describing them as far more ruthless than anything we’d seen in the media or heard from the UN. So, our plan was to fly to Walikale and film the mines and then use it for advocacy. In the picture we're on a cargo plane, which we had to bribe our way onto because it was the only option to get there. Ironically, our plane on the way out of Walikale was loaded with coltan—crazy heavy, by the way. But, fortunately or unfortunately, we never made it to the mines because just as we started our hike we were "detained" for five or six days and then extradited back to the U.S. The mines are brutal, and local militias weren’t thrilled that we wanted to find them. Patriotic Fact: Our embassy rep told us that if we were from any other country in the world they wouldn't have let us go. God Bless America! Remember: Coltan comes from mines in Congo. EVs require a lot of coltan. Remanufacturing requires zero coltan. Remanufacturing > EVs Choose Vehicle Reman If you have time, I recommend reading up on the topic, the more people that are aware the better. It doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves and the U.S. media rarely covers it unless it’s sugarcoated. Here’s one article to get started: https://tiny.cc/y4vuzz. And if you're interested in helping you can donate here: https://tiny.cc/t3wuzz or remanufacture your vehicle. PS: I've got a pretty soft spot for Congo and I'm proud of the fact that we make a better, greener truck than the #CyberTruck and we do it with zero Coltan. #CleanWithGasoline #DRC #BetterthanaTesla What do you say Tesla? I bet you could make more money with reman.

People's first questions about Reman usually revolves around what kind of trucks we remanufacture. The answer is any Ford, Chevy, or Dodge under 5 tons with available parts, from crane trucks to busses to classics. Work trucks are our bread and butter b/c it usually saves customers 50% off buying new, but they're not quite as fun as projects like this. P.S. Can you guess which one you get to re-depreciate.

Here's an F-350 on it's way from the oil fields of Midland to Vehicle Reman. We were fortunate enough to get a hall of fame oil man to help supervise transportation. He's pretty prickly but he gets the job done. Would you pay $34K to get another 200K out of your trucks?

People often ask us what kind of trucks we can remanufacture. The answer is basically any Ford, Chevy, or Dodge that's under 5 tons and still has parts being made. Including classics. Don't get me wrong, we love doing work on Chevy Expresses and crane trucks. But they're just not quite as much fun as stuff like this. When I was in middle school, my dad had a 1994 green and tan Ford Bronco, and I've wanted to get one for myself ever since. (Which I once fell out of and onto a highway, but that's a story for another time ?? . At least the other drivers were very kind enough to stop and not run over me ?? ) I don't know, though. I might have to switch from the classic green. This paint job is on point. If I could reman any classic I think I'd go for a Bronco or a white and blue late '80s F-250. What about y'all?
