Leadership in action! A big thank you to the participants and the Fergus Falls Area Chamber of Commerce for fostering leadership growth in our communities! Otter Tail County Attorney Michelle Eldien, Lt. Greg Seim of the Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office, and Maintenance Manager Doug Cannel recently led a cohort of Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce Ignite Leadership participants on a tour of the historic Otter Tail County Courthouse. Participants explored the courthouse's rich history while gaining insight into the County Attorney’s role and other justice partner’s impact on the community. Michelle and Greg also shared their experiences in leadership, public service, and the legal system, while Maintenance Manager Doug Cannell wowed the crowd by pointing out the courthouse's impressive features. #IgniteLeadership #OtterTailCounty #HistoricCourthouse #CommunityLeadership
