???AI is set to be the biggest career opportunity of our time. But how can we prevent women being left behind? ???AI is set to add $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030. Yet, without urgent upskilling, the gender pay gap could widen to 52.8%. Right now: ???Women are 16% less likely than men to use AI tools at work. ???More than 70% of the jobs most at risk of automation are held by women. ???AI roles pay an average of £72,000 per year - more than double the £34,000 average salary for women in non-tech business roles. But here’s the good news: you don’t need to be a tech expert to get started with AI. Here are four simple steps to level up in AI: ???Get hands-on – Start experimenting with tools like ChatGPT or Claude. Use them for work tasks or personal projects. ????Understand the basics – AI isn’t just for tech teams. Learning how AI processes information can help you spot opportunities in your career. ????Get curious – Look at how AI is being used in your industry. Who’s doing it well? What can you learn from them? ????Plan your next move – AI can enhance your current role or open doors to new opportunities - whether that’s launching a business, moving into AI ethics, or boosting your productivity. ???Women who embrace AI now will be future leaders in this space. By 2030, 22% of jobs will be reshaped by AI and 59% of the workforce will need upskilling. Companies are investing in AI talent - so let’s make sure women aren’t left behind. Join us at VCCP London on March 13th for Women and AI: Future Ready -?a full-day event designed to equip women with the skills, confidence, and insights to lead in AI. ???VCCP London ???March 13th #womeninai #futureready #aitransformation #iwd2025 #upskilling #leadership

? The Practicalities of Queer Inclusion in Ads ? This week, our DE&I team hosted a fantastic panel event for LGBTQ+ History Month, led by Lucy Cooper, Creator at VCCP. We were joined by an incredible lineup of speakers: ? Zoe Bell, Creative Producer at Girl&Bear ? Sandy Downs, Head of DE&I and PR at Teamspirit ? Jennifer Cownie, Planning Director at VCCP Together, they shared valuable insights on how to create and action queer-friendly advertising, from brief to production to PR. Attendees left with practical takeaways to implement in their roles, helping drive meaningful change in the industry, like: - For true LGBTQ+ inclusion, it needs to start at the very beginning of the process, from the briefing and the research, not just added into production at the end. - The best queer-friendly advertising has an LGBTQ+ story or insight at the heart of it, and it isn’t just put in for the sake of statistics - Think about inclusion during all stages of production too - not only casting, but how you can foster an inclusive set through things like pronouns and gender-neutral toilets too A huge thank you to our panel for such an inspiring conversation!? #LGBTQinclusion #QueerAdvertising #DEI

??? Got Itchy Feet? ?? We are excited to unveil our new social-first campaign for LinkedIn to help young professionals navigate the UK job market and find their next opportunity with more confidence and ease. ??Embracing the British expression ‘itchy feet’, the campaign features three different scenarios where workers' inner monologues -personified by their own feet -play out their career dilemmas, produced by our content creation studio Girl&Bear. ?? At the heart of the campaign is LinkedIn’s job collections, a new feature designed to make job hunting more intuitive and personalised. The feature curates a collection of job opportunities across various categories, empowering young job seekers to discover new roles tailored to their skills, experience and preferences. ?? ?? For Campaign UK’s Question of the Week, our CEO Julian Douglas joined industry leaders to discuss whether there is a shift towards a media-first approach. ?? Dougie explained that while holding company results highlights the media’s dominance, the true impact comes from creativity and media working in sync. “The real shift should be towards impact first. This isn’t new to us. We’ve been doing it since VCCP was founded in 2002, and we stand by it to this day: it only works, if it all works.” Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eZWgKehB #ItonlyworksifItallworks #intergration #mediaplanning
