Vaya Space has announced a multi-launch contract for Vaya’s Dauntless rocket to launch the first phase of Space Telecommunications, Inc.’s small-satellite constellation. Under the agreement, Dauntless will deploy up to 250 satellites in a multi-launch campaign set to commence in 2027. Read more: https://lnkd.in/ev5HfNHt

Our CEO, Peter Kinne, recently returned from the USA after participating in the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) Space Mission, alongside some of Australia’s leading space innovators. ? The mission provided an exciting opportunity for collaboration, sharing of Australian space capabilities, and learning from industry leaders in the heart of the U.S. space sector. Austrade organised a highly engaging program, including formal meet-and-greet sessions and roundtable discussions with key figures like NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration astronaut Tim Kopra and commercial space station developers from Axiom Space. ? One interesting insight we learned- every NASA astronaut is interviewed at the renowned Frenchie’s Italian Restaurant—where the food is as rich as the walls, adorned with pictures and historical artifacts. It's a unique tradition that adds a touch of flavour to the space industry! ? The trip also had its adventurous moments, as we narrowly avoided the incoming Hurricane Helene in Orlando. ?
