Thank you to all of our partners and community members for joining Vaya and Westhab, Inc. yesterday to celebrate the start of construction of La Olazul! Once complete, La Olazul will be an all-electric passive house building and include 115 units of low-income housing, 60% of which are reserved for individuals and adult families in need of supportive services, on-site social services, therapeutic recreation spaces, an outdoor meditative garden, and 8,500 SF of commercial space.
