We are proud to partner with Texas State Technical College on the Harlingen campus! We have started on the structural tilt-wall panels of a new 86,000 SF technology building. The building will have high bay diesel and automotive instructional areas and a two-story center area containing labs and instructor offices. Vaughn serves as construction manager-at-risk for this building and two others on campus, all slated to reach substantial completion in 2025. We can’t wait to share more as construction progresses! Highest point reached on the new Health Professions Building! Tarleton State University recently celebrated the topping out milestone for the new 92,000 SF Health Professions Building, for which Vaughn serves as construction manager-at-risk. The building is part of the university’s initiative to add three new degree programs, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant studies. Over 200 people from Vaughn, the design team, structural consultant, MEP consultant, and Owner attended a celebratory lunch to commemorate the achievement. Highest point reached on the new school of public health! The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) recently celebrated the topping out milestone for the new 350,000 SF Public Health Education and Research Building (PHERB), for which Vaughn serves as construction manager-at-risk. The building will house the state's most prestigious school of public health and the fourth largest in the country. Over 450 attendees from Vaughn, trade contractors, the design team, and UTHealth gathered on the building's 10th floor to mark the occasion.
