And last but not least an amazing presentation of Sorin Cheran who shared AI at the heart of F1 racing at Williams Racing ! VAST Data x NVIDIA: Opening new AI opportunities with a new metadata format ? Join #theCUBE’s John Furrier in this one-on-one conversation during the #Cosmos event with Jeff Denworth, co-founder of VAST Data, as they discuss the new metadata format VAST has put forward in collaboration with NVIDIA. “Now, you have embedding models, LLMs, and large video models, which understand unstructured data, read through your source data, and create descriptions of that data in the form of a vector. The InsightEngine puts us together with NVIDIA, where our software now supports deployment on GPU-based systems with NIMs, or NVIDIA Inference Microservices. You have NIMs for video, for text, and for proteins and other bioinformatic data,” Denworth shares. “We now support the VAST database with an [Apache Kafka] broker. You've had data warehouses where you put your analytics data, and you have your event buses where you put all of your real-time data streams. Then, you try to get one to the other. What if you could just stream directly into your data warehouse to the tune of millions of inserts per second? Now, you can correlate everything within your environment,” he adds. ??
