It’s an exciting time at VASA FITNESS and I am hiring a Director of Fitness Product. If you or anyone you know is qualified and interested, I’d love to chat! The ideal candidate has proven success driving the strategic vision of the product(s) in a multi-unit fitness company. This role is part strategy and part execution. Strategically looking at what we offer, what the fitness consumer wants, analyzing and sharing data, and owning strategic projects that meet business objectives. The execution required in this role is related to creating scalable high-quality educational materials, partnering with club leadership to ensure product quality, and the ability to be in the details to drive specific business outcomes. We have an Operations team that is responsible for the daily execution of our products and delivering on our brand promise in the clubs, so this is not that kind of execution. Please also note, this is NOT a sales role. I have noticed that many professionals with a Director/VP of Fitness title have come up through sales and have primarily Sales/Ops accomplishments – while there is nothing wrong with that, this is a much different role. It is more of a traditional product role (in industries outside of Fitness), versus leading the sales of the product. Please review the job description in detail if interested.
