Honoring Black History This Month and Every Month Our incredible Vari Diversity Council has done an amazing job (as usual) during Black History Month. With special décor and thoughtful programs, they’ve encouraged reflection, learning, connection, and community–important components of our company's core values. We’ve had the privilege of hosting vendors from local Black-owned businesses in our VariSpace Coppell lobby all month. We’re so glad they’re here connecting with our team and visitors, and we look forward to continuing to support their entrepreneurship as they strengthen the business community here in DFW. One team, one dream! Earlier this month, we welcomed our Sales team to VariSpace Coppell for a week full of strategizing, learning, and lots of team bonding! The highlight of the week was our “All Hands” meeting, where we celebrated our successes, shared learnings and takeaways, and established our goals for the rest of the year. There’s no better feeling than having everyone together in one room to feel the energy and passion of our mission here at Vari and recognizing exactly how each team member contributes.
