******Hiring: Sales Agent***** Company Description: We are a 3rd party logistics company operate in Canada and US. Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including communication with customers, cold calling, follow up over the phone & email, providing excellent customer service, getting shipments from the customers, onboarding carriers, creating rate confirmations, assigning carriers, tracking shipments, providing updates to the customers and any required tasks by the customers or employer. The Sales Agent will also participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
