Richard is clearly preoccupied right now. I have been trying to reach him for MONTHS with a very simple question about our policies. His voicemail is full, I have not received any responses to emails. He sent one email to all his clients stating there was a family situation. I took down my previous one star review and gave the situation time. Still, no answers. I would not recommend his services right now. Did Vantage Risk shut down?? An agent set up our insurance but when I called for some followup questions, I have not been able to get ahold of the agent or front desk. Everything is going to voicemail. My emails are unanswered. I am simply confused and unsure what to do.
