At VANTAGE, we are continuing to seek impact on our community and give back.?On August 28th, VANTAGE was honored to partner with Operation Wild Horse, a non-profit organization whose mission is to bring a strong support community to our military Veterans (and Active Duty Military) through Mustang and Human bond.?We built a horse shed that will allow the wild horses to seek protection during bad weather.?We hope to do more upcoming community events like this one to continue building upon our community connection in northwestern Illinois. 2024 is off to a great start! Our VANTAGE team came together to celebrate another record breaking year. We acknowledged our outstanding personnel for their successes and contributions to their team, company, our distributor network, and most importantly, our customers. We presented four Robert Horn dedication awards, and of course, the coveted Employee of the Year award at our annual kickoff event last weekend. We would like to recognize Jessica Winters, Samantha Koehler, Sherry Puente, and Mike Hoglund as our Robert Horn dedication award recipients for their outstanding efforts! VANTAGE GROUP? would not be the company we are without these true professionals. Our highest honor went to Lisa Wegner who was recognized as the VANTAGE GROUP Employee of the Year for 2023.
