Inspiring future generations of the elevator industry.
While waiting for a flight from RDU to LGA, I watched a young man observing the moving walkway with absolute fascination. When he turned around, he was wearing a t-shirt that said "Just a Boy Who Loves Elevators". Naturally, I was compelled to speak with his parents who told me their son Nicholas is autistic and has loved elevators his whole life. Nicholas and I proceeded to go through any number of elevator pictures on my laptop while we waited to board the flight. Following that encounter, I reached out to our partners from MAD Elevator Inc for some help obtaining sample fixtures. Thanks to Jeremy Snyder, Michelle Connell and Carter Sutherland for helping make Nicholas' day! He was ecstatic!
