County leaders were joined by community partners to celebrate the completion of phase two of the new Youth Transition Campus in Kearny?Mesa. This new phase includes additional living units, a standalone school, basketball courts, a sports field and a large family visitation area. The Youth Transition Campus has been designed to support a model of positive youth development with input from national juvenile justice experts. Vanir is very excited to be a part of this project for as-needed project/construction management consulting services.
