As we wrap up a week of 2025 planning sessions, Operational Excellence remains a key pillar for True Compass, LLC. Amidst another year of substantial growth, our focus on delivering consistent products across multiple sites and states drives us daily. To that end, I'm thrilled to announce that Bruce Smith has been promoted to Vice President - Operations. In his new role, Bruce will lead the charge in driving operational excellence within our EV, Wireless, and Commercial Electrical divisions.

Where do we operate? At True Compass, we proudly serve clients in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington and Oregon. As well as California, Texas and have recently expanded to Colorado!
