We develop custom valuation models that precisely adapt to our clients specific needs. We’re seeking a driven and adaptable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and creating sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is not only a strong communicator but also skilled at translating technical jargon into clear, concise messaging that resonates with prospects in a fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities? Research, identify, and engage prospective customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels. Effectively communicate product value propositions and translate complex, technical concepts into easily understandable terms during sales pitches. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team Build strong relationships with prospects and develop a deep understanding of their needs. Collaborate with account executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion. Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed activity targets and quota goals. Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to effectively position our solutions. Skills? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to translate technical jargon into simple, compelling language during short sales pitches. Quick learner with the ability to understand and retain product and industry knowledge. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented. Proficient in CRM systems (Motion, HubSpot, or similar tools). Qualifications? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (preferred). We are seeking a Property Tax Appraiser & Project Manager to oversee property tax valuation projects and manage client accounts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property valuation, tax assessment laws, and client relationship management.
