After 34 years of dedication, leadership, and impact, we say a heartfelt thank you to Enrique Oliver as he embarks on his well-earned retirement. His journey with Vallourec has been nothing short of extraordinary, and while this marks the end of an era, his legacy will live on in the people and teams he has shaped. Enrique started at the Prinver plant in the ‘90s and became the first Mexican employee sent to France to learn the Vallourec way. Over the years, he led the VAM? Drilling plant in the U.S., served as Vice President of Industrial Excellence?and spent the past 14 years as President of Vallourec Mexico. His leadership, dedication, and passion have not only strengthened our operations in Mexico but have also influenced Vallourec far beyond. More than his professional achievements, Enrique has always been a mentor, a collaborator, and a guiding force for so many. He’s known for generously sharing his knowledge, supporting his colleagues, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence. His positivity and kindness have made a lasting impression on everyone who has had the privilege of working with him. One of Enrique’s greatest contributions is the next generation of leaders he has helped develop. As he steps into retirement, Arturo De Diego will take on the role of President of Vallourec Mexico—a testament to Enrique’s commitment to mentorship and building a strong future for the company. While we will miss Enrique’s leadership, his influence will be felt for years to come—not just in business results, but in the people he has inspired. He always had a smile on his face and brought warmth and encouragement to every interaction. Enrique, thank you for everything. This week, we teamed up with NOV to explore closed-loop #geothermal systems at the NOV Springett Technology Center during the Geothermal Rising, TXLAOK Rig, #Sustainable Loops: Closed Loop Geothermal Forum. Attendees had the opportunity to witness groundbreaking geothermal projects firsthand. We proudly showcased our #VIT (Vacuum Insulated Tubing) technology and demonstrated how Vallourec Services can enhance every New Energies project.
