What does the future of payments look like when #AI takes the reins? I explored that question during my keynote, “The Intelligence Revolution: Re(AI)magining Payments,” at Nacha’s Payments Innovation Alliance Meeting in Dallas. It was inspiring to see industry leaders, innovators, and regulators come together to discuss how AI is reshaping #payments, from proactive #fraud detection and #autonomous #moneymovement to seamless #crossborder transactions. We dove deep into Intelligent, Adaptive, and Boundless payment innovations, sparking lively discussions and interactive polls that showcased the community’s growing enthusiasm for AI. One of my favorite moments was hearing attendees’ firsthand stories about using AI to streamline operations and strengthen customer trust. It’s clear that harnessing AI’s potential can unlock enormous value, while still respecting data sovereignty, ensuring transparency, and driving interoperability.
