When a person is diagnosed with MND it can be an extremely overwhelming time, to say the least. The MND and Me Foundation supports people with MND and their families by offering support services, programs and equipment, as well as financial grants for situations outside of regular funding schemes, and so much more. We work towards ensuring all Queenslanders with MND receive equitable access to support services when and where it is needed - ensuring no Queenslander faces MND alone.
