?? Congratulations to our second cohort of VMAX (Valley Metro Agency Exchange) graduates!? Last month, a group of 20 Valley Metro team members from nine different divisions completed a journey of cross-collaborative learning and professional development. Through interactive sessions, visits to different Valley Metro facilities and hands-on experiences, these team members?deepened their understanding of our transit operations and strengthened connections across divisions.? The goal of our VMAX program is to foster agency collaboration and empower our team members to: - Experience different aspects of transit operations firsthand? - Build valuable peer-to-peer relationships? - Gain comprehensive industry knowledge? - Understand how different divisions contribute to our agency mission To our newest VMAX graduates: Thank you for your sctive participation!
