Valley Lighting, LLC Lauren Deppe Kathy Deppe From Lauren: "I've spent 6 full-time years in the industry, but I am very thankful for Valley giving me my start in the industry in 2013, I worked part-time in reception & admin doing all of the filing, submittals, etc. until I came to Valley full-time after college in 2019, where my main focus now is achieving various organizational goals through my executive assistant role, as well as handling the business development & marketing for the company, with some other stuff sprinkled in here & there. Valley Lighting, LLC specializes in large-scale, complex commercial projects. We have built such a wonderful business with our knowledge & experience over our 60 years in business, and have become a leader in lighting & shading solutions. My expertise is in making sure our brand is synonymous with excellence; that it exemplifies & upholds what Valley Lighting is truly about, which is delivering beautiful lighting & shading solutions to our clients and making sure our clients, partners, and all other parties involved are satisfied with the final outcome of a project. The best experience I've had in the industry is ongoing, and it's that I have the privilege of working with my family. My mom (Kathy Deppe) is Valley Lighting's President & CEO, and she is an incredible leader. She's strong, intelligent, knowledgeable on all things lighting, likeable, and business savvy.
