The WMC Conference Center was completely packed for the 2025 Valley Health Chronic Disease Symposium featuring Beverly Thomassian, RN, MPH, CDCES, BC-ADM, and President and Founder of Diabetes Education Services. This week, VHHA staff and a coalition of Virginia hospital leaders -- including leaders from Carilion Clinic, Centra Health, Inova Health, Riverside Health, UVA Health, and Valley Health, visited Congress on Capitol Hill to discuss health policy and advocate for access to care and public health in support of patients and the healthcare delivery system. We appreciate the opportunity to connected with Congressional leaders including U.S. Senator Mark Warner and U.S. Representative Jennifer McClellan.
