Qualifications: Proven track record of success in bench sales recruitment, with atleast 2 to 3 years of experience in the US market Any experience with placing Pharma- Validation/Life Sciences candidates is a Big+ Self-motivated and driven individual who excels in a results-oriented environment, capable of hitting the ground running from day one Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates Highly organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction Please note that candidates should also have strong marketing/sales and negotiation skills for this position, and excellent interpersonal skills are a must Should have experience in entire Sales Life Cycle and have ability to market multiple candidates at a time Responsibilities: Shift: India Night Shift - Eastern Time (IST: 6:30PM – 3:30AM)- FULLY REMOTE Developing new contacts with Tier-1 Vendors / Clients Working directly with End Clients requirements thru Tier-1 Vendors/Implementation partners Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners network on a daily basis to get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time Checking with the consultant’s comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission and interviews Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates Should be able to generate Leads by cold calling to acquire new direct client Searching Requirements on Job boards and submitting the resumes Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Indeed etc. Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English Benefits: Fully-Remote Long Term job opportunity Excellent Salary + Benefits (Salary range is very open for the right candidate) Excellent Commissions structure Big growth potential in future.
