What a year FY24 was. I've had the privilege of seeing the Asset Finance team at Valiant Finance grow into an industry-leading outfit filled with hungry, driven, and talented individuals who work to get the best outcomes for our clients and partners. Seeing the growth of others has driven me throughout my career, making these milestones even more special. I'm proud to share that we are a finalist in two categories at the The Adviser Magazine Commercial Finance Awards - 2024: 1. Asset Finance Brokerage of the Year 2. Having just opened our second floor at Valiant Finance to support our rapidly growing Asset Finance and Working Capital teams, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on why we’re seeing so many awesome applicants choosing Valiant as the best next step for their careers. ??? As EOFY 24 wraps up, I'm thrilled to celebrate my first incredible 6 months Valiant Finance! ?? What an amazing journey it's been, and as we continue to soar in the Asset Finance Space, I couldn't be prouder to lead such a phenomenal team of high-performing brokers! Watching our newer brokers flourish and advance in their careers over these last 6 months has been immensely rewarding. Meanwhile, our senior brokers have been smashing goals and reaching new heights every month. I can't wait to see all of you crush it in FY25! A huge shoutout to Luke Saleh for believing in me and bringing me on board, and to my fantastic colleague Andrew Chand for your unwavering support along the way.
