We’re thrilled to announce that Valerio Dewalt Train, in partnership with Latent Design Corporation, has won the Chicago Department of Planning and Development design competition to build Westgate, an affordable housing project on Chicago's West Side! This project will provide much-needed affordable housing, catalyze neighborhood development, and bring grocery access to underserved communities.
