    It’s V3 Talent Partners’ 6th Birthday! 6 years have gone by in the blink of an eye, and as I take a few moments to reflect on the journey I’m left with a sense of pride and excitement. We've stood strong by our mission of “bringing the best companies and talent together” that’s helped fuel the growth of some of the top VC-backed startups around the world. A few highlights over the last 6 years: ??Partnered with 150+ phenomenal VC-backed startups ?? Helped 6 client companies reach monumental IPOs/acquisitions. ?? Worked with 30+ wonderful employees, each contributing immensely to our mission and growth. I couldn't be more excited for the future and the opportunity for V3 to continue building the next great companies of the future with the best talent in the world. Thank you so much to everyone who's supported us along the way ?? We're proud of the past 6 years, and even more excited about the next 6!

    I'm a Hypocritical Leader and I Bet You Are Too Last year kicked my butt. As I navigated the whirlwind of launching a new company amidst a volatile market, I realized something crucial - I was preaching health and well-being to my team but not practicing it myself. My mantra of maintaining physical and mental health took a backseat to stress and endless work hours. This revelation hit hard. It's easy to advocate for wellness but much harder to embody it, especially as a leader. I've learned that to truly inspire, one must lead by example. So, in 2024, I'm committing to change. Here's my action plan: ?? Regular Health Check-Ins: Just like our quarterly business reviews, I'm scheduling quarterly health check-ins. Physical and mental health are now on my priority list. ?? Work-Life Balance: Encouraging this among my team means nothing if I don't practice it. So, hello, hobbies and family time! ?? Open Conversations: Creating a space where my team and I can openly discuss our struggles and support each other. I share this not just as an admission but as a reminder that it's never too late to align our actions with our words. Let's not just be leaders in business, but also in taking care of ourselves and setting the right example. To anyone else in this boat, let's paddle together towards better self-care and authenticity in 2024!
