In lieu of our annual Fall Food Drive, we are continuing to collect Helene relief supplies! Local nonprofits, like our partners at Upstate Family Resource Center, need our help meeting increased needs in our community after Helene and restocking on non-perishable food items, hygiene supplies, and more. Find a full list of needed items and other details at https://lnkd.in/e6NDcesg. Can’t drop off or want to support virtually? Donate supplies online at https://lnkd.in/e7UmEwQR.

Excited to have Jasmine leading this work in Union County! Thanks to our partners at Spartanburg Academic Movement, Partners for Rural Impact, and Union County Schools–as well as our funder partner at the BlackRock Foundation–for coming alongside us as we help Union families thrive.
?? Exciting news from our friends in Union County! ??? At SAM, we know the power of cradle-to-career collaboration firsthand. By aligning resources and fostering partnerships, we’ve seen how this approach transforms lives—helping students thrive academically and preparing them for lifelong success. ?? Union County’s focus on developing a similar model strengthens the shared vision of a thriving Upstate region, where every child, from cradle to career, has the support needed to achieve their fullest potential. With the support of BlackRock Foundation and SAM, United Way of the Piedmont has hired a director to lead plan development. ?? We’re excited to watch Union County’s journey unfold and look forward to collaborating to amplify our collective impact. Together, we can build brighter futures for every learner in our communities. ???? ??
