Students-Join us for free hot cocoa ?? (while supplies last) and networking practice ?? during our Cocoa and Career Chat event this Thursday, November 21st, from Noon to 2 p.m. outside of The Commons on the Commons Patio and Argo Green. Students are not required to dress in business attire and do not need to prepare a resume. Employers who register for this event will be notified that it is a learning and practice opportunity for students, taking place as a follow-up to National Career Development Week. ??#uwfcareer

The UWF High-Impact Practice Scholarship is open for applications! Undergraduate, degree-seeking UWF students who have an overall GPA of at least 2.5 and have completed at least 15 credit hours at UWF are eligible to apply. The scholarship committee will look to award applicants who are currently pursuing, have secured, or are seeking to secure a high-impact practice (HIP) experience during Summer or Fall 2025. Visit the UWF Scholarship Portal (accessed via MyUWF) to review the requirements and apply! Scholarship Award Details: Application Opens:?Monday, 11/4/24 Application Closes: Sunday, 02/16/25 Scholarships will be awarded in April 2025 Funds ($500) may be used for internship/field experience expenses, professional development, or any other relevant HIP experience that will take place in Summer or Fall 2025.
