We're so proud of our very own Lynn Rizk, who is a second year student and volunteer at the Seminole Trail Vol Fire Department. When she's not teaching UVA football players to efficiently and safely move the weight of a body out of danger, and everything else that goes with volunteering at the Fire Department, she helps UVA Rec to create social media content that engages and educates her fellow students.
