On behalf of the National Organizing Committee and the International Program Committee, we invite you to participate in the 1st IFAC Workshop on Engineering Diabetes Technology, which will be held in Valencia on the 8th and 9th of May 2025. The workshop aims to bring together senior, young researchers and industry to discuss the latest advances in diabetes technology. The workshop is organized by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) in collaboration with the University of Virginia (USA) and the University of Bern (Switzerland). EDT is sponsored by the IFAC Technical Committee on Biological and Medical Systems (8.2).

I have volunteered with the Virginia Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for many years. It’s an amazing organization helping to treat, and eventually cure, cystic fibrosis.
