We believe in continuously developing our team, which is why we’re thrilled our General Manager was able to attend Association of California Water Agencies’ Executive Edge Leadership Forum.
Thanks to the talented staff at the Association of California Water Agencies for putting together the Executive Edge Leadership Forum in Petaluma last week, which offered an engaging and inspiring experience for more than 70 water industry leaders. Dr. Steve Swafford, IOM did an excellent job facilitating the event, offering attendees numerous helpful tools and challenging the group to utilize them. I left the conference with an abundance of exciting ideas/strategies to help take me and my team to the next level. I’m proud to be part of an association that offers personal and professional development opportunities of this exceptional quality. For those who didn’t attend, I hope to see you next year.
