Cost:$150.00 Water Aerobics provides a low-impact, full-body workout that can improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including those with joint pain or mobility issues. Activities include walking or jogging in water, arm and leg movements, squats and lunges, core exercises, and using water weights. All?swimming pool participants must purchase a P3 Pool ID Card to enter the Student Recreation Center. P3 Pool ID Card is a?one-time?non-refundable fee of $15.?
