Cost:$150.00 Water Aerobics provides a low-impact, full-body workout that can improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility. It is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, including those with joint pain or mobility issues. Activities include walking or jogging in water, arm and leg movements, squats and lunges, core exercises, and using water weights. In this three day camp, young scientists will be immersed in the fantastic world of science with awesome scientific hands-on activities. As they explore different sciences from astronomy to zoology students will build their knowledge and have a blast. They will reveal secret messages, launch Alka-Seltzer rockets high into the air, grow icky bacteria, break open geodes, make marshmallow catapults, design and test a homemade giant roller coaster, and make other things ooze, melt or erupt. Kids will investigate how fun science can be using cool chemical reactions, and creating super slimes and other special effects.
