Meet Abhinav Anand, an MSBA&AI student at The University of Texas at Dallas,?who founded Rolync, a platform designed to assist students in Data Science and AI with their job search. He also serves as VP of Membership in Toastmasters, taking on leadership responsibilities! ?? When we asked him to share his journey during his Master's program, here's what he had to say: ? ?????? ?????? ?????? ???????????? ??????? The decision was easy because of the ????????-???????????????????? ????????????????????, which supports students from all backgrounds, coding or not. UTD’s collaborative environment and strong ties with industry leaders offer unique career development opportunities. I joined Toastmasters not only to enhance my public speaking but also to connect with like-minded individuals passionate about communication, a key skill in data-centric roles. ?? ???????? ?????????? ????????&???? ???????????????????? ????????????? The program is uniquely positioned at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology. While AI is becoming a trend, not everyone is aware of the purpose of business use and the deeper intricates of it. At UTD, the curriculum focuses more on trying to solve?those complex business problems. Specifically, professor?B.P.S. Murthi?Predictive class was the most immersive and hands-on. I have worked as a ???????? ?????????????? before and have some knowledge about?regression, but the way the professor has?structured the course aligns very well with real life scenarios. ?? ???????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???? ?????????????? ????????????? When I first came to the U.S., I went through a cultural shock. Mostly?with how things worked out, especially if you're a job seeker. While everyone asked you to network, no?one truly explained how. And a?lot of us really struggled to get in-depth knowledge about a specific role we're interested in working, this?made a lot of us settle. This motivated me to develop?Rolync?with my team to help students in the Data Science, Analytics, or AI field?in their job search journey and empower them with the right tools to get an internship/full-time?position. ? ?? ???????????? ?????? ???????????? ???? ?? ?????????????? ????????: As the founder of Rolync, my career goals have expanded to becoming a leader in the field of business analytics and AI.
