We at the UTD University Career Center are grateful to Lane Gorman Trubitt, LLC for hosting us on an engaging and informative Comet Trek! During the visit, our students had the unique opportunity to tour LGT, one of the largest professional accounting and advisory firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. They gained valuable insights into the company's comprehensive services, including accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting. Our students engaged with LGT professionals, learning about diverse career paths and exploring what it takes to thrive in this dynamic field. Thank you, Sydney Brown, and the LGT team for your time, expertise, and warm hospitality. This experience offered our students an inspiring glimpse into the professional world and the exciting opportunities at LGT!

We at the UTD University Career Center are grateful to CBRE for hosting us on two insightful Comet Treks! Across two visits, our students toured CBRE’s global headquarters, gaining firsthand exposure to the world of commercial real estate. Our students heard from CBRE leaders, participated in roundtable discussions with former interns now thriving in full-time roles, and explored the diverse career paths within a global organization. It was an inspiring experience, offering insights into the company’s innovative projects and workplace culture. Thank you, Hayley Murphy, and the CBRE team for your time and expertise—it was an amazing experience for both groups of students!
