Leadership Summit 2024- what a great day of professional development facilitated by Greg Davidson Laszakovits. We can’t think of a better way to kick off fall than spending time with our peers reflecting on how to improve as leaders in our communities. Thanks everyone for a fantastic day! Thanks for those that joined us for our first Active Aging and Senior Services one-day workshop! Greg Davidson Laszakovits knocked it out of the park as our keynote, and we learned so much from everyone who attended. Thanks for sharing your ideas, insights, challenges and successes with us! We can’t wait for our next ?? Salem Style Volleyball game! Also huge thanks and shout out to Jen Wright, URPA Active Aging Rep, who planned this awesome day!

Thanks for everyone who joined us at one of our awesome trainings or events over the last week! URPA hosted workshops on Facility Management, Turf & Field Maintenance, Youth Sports & Street Hockey, a Director's Summit and Lifeguard Games! There was also a State Jr Pickleball Tournament and August Leadership Academy! We hope you had as much fun as we did. Thanks to our board members who helped put these events and trainings together, thanks to our speakers, and extra thanks to our sponsors, parters and host facilities!
