This weekend the Utah Real Estate Club had the amazing opportunity to take a trip to Dallas. We met with senior executives from Lincoln Property Company, Crow Holdings, and JLL. We got a behind the scenes look into the industry by discussing market trends, investment strategies, development opportunities, and more with seasoned experts. Students got to hear varied perspectives, from property management, to acquisitions, to development, and capital markets; truly enriching everyone's understanding of commercial real estate. It was a pleasure meeting with NAIOP Executive Director Cheyenne Hawks who is leading the coordination of this fantastic networking initiative. We are excited to participate and look forward to the event this Thursday!
