The Worthington glistens across 31 stories in the Salt Lake City skyline. Designed by SCB and built in a joint venture by Layton Construction and W.E. O'Neil Construction, The Worthington’s 31 stories deliver plenty of visual intrigue both inside and out—especially in the copper cladding and reflective glass fa?ade. The high-rise has a plethora of inviting spaces that start in the ground floor lobby and extend throughout the 359 luxury residences and property amenities on site. The project stands as a testament to a collaborative and intentional approach from developer Convexity Properties - a DRW Company and Salt Lake City to deliver units across a two-phase delivery. The Worthington’s 12th floor amenity deck houses standard amenities like a gym and communal eating area, but with stellar views across the Salt Lake Valley from the floor to ceiling windows. Wet and dry saunas, meditation room, and coworking spaces round out the floor’s interior amenities, while sun deck, pool, barbecue areas, and fire pits round out outdoor amenities on that level.
