As we bid farewell to Reed Ryan, our incredible Executive Director for the past 12 years, we want to express our deepest gratitude for his transformative leadership at the Utah Asphalt Pavement Association (UAPA). From the early days with our founding members to the thriving association of 160 today, Reed's dedication has left an indelible mark. Reed has been a mentor and guide, shaping not just our association but the professional paths of many. His ability to inspire, lead by example, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration has been truly remarkable. As Reed transitions to a new role at the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (APA) to contribute on a national level, we wish him every success. His impact will be felt far beyond our state borders, and his legacy will continue to inspire us.
