? #REAL Alumni Spotlight ? Meet Guillermo Lopez, a proud The University of Texas at Dallas alum who earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. Guillermo is now making a meaningful impact at Weitzman, where he specializes in Retail Brokerage, and is involved in Investment Sales, Tenant Representation, and Landlord Representation. In his role, Guillermo actively works on high-profile projects, including representing prominent landlord accounts like Preston Trail Village, Arbrook Oaks, and Irving Towne Center. On the tenant side, he collaborates with diverse clients such as ChaChaCha, We Rock The Spectrum, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, and Arwa Yemeni Coffee to meet their unique retail space needs. UT Dallas’?Santa?Sighting?Event! It’s the most?whooshing-ful time of the year again at The University of Texas at Dallas, and we want to celebrate the holiday season with you! Saturday, December 7 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center Alumni-owned business Detour Doughnuts will be available for all attendees. Bring your family, friends and fur babies to take photos with?Santa?and Mrs. Claus, meet the Grinch and take advantage of all the family-friendly photo opportunities throughout the Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center at UT Dallas. Activities will include a balloon artist, face painter and various winter crafts. Tuesday our students attended the annual Thanks Day tradition, celebrating the generosity of our The University of Texas at Dallas donors that drive UT Dallas forward. #NationalPhilanthropyDay is today and philanthropy is something that our students see and experience across campus on a daily basis. We are forever grateful to our donors that choose to support the next generation of Comets.
