Meet our Teams ??: ChargeBay USA With a combined 5+ years experience in the energy, proptech, and EV space, Ansh Bhatt and Manan Ahuja have spent time honing the product to solve the pain points from the side of the supplier, user, and host. With strategic partnerships in the CSMS, charger manufacturer, installer, and the property management spaces, Manan and Ansh have spent time ensuring that all stakeholders buy-in to the ultimate vision of ChargeBay USA: to have chargers at all destinations, so charging goes from a hassle to an expectations. Through our strategic partnerships and research, ChargeBay USA has gained data and experience from 1500+ stations in Europe and Asia, 600+ customers, 7+ hosts, and 67+ charger manufacturers, ensures that our solution is well vetted, and poised to revolutionize EV charging. Manan Ahuja - Head of Product With 4+ years of software consulting experience and a B.S. in Computer Science from USF, Manan Ahuja has been crucial?for the technical and product development of ChargeBay. As head of product, he has been crucial in making the product what it is today. With expertise from firms such as Mphasis and Ozark Labs, Manan has handled the complex problems from before development to after launch. Ansh Bhatt - Head of Operations Ansh has 4 years of B2B implementation experience in the healthcare sector. As and MD/MBA student, Ansh acts as the 'face of ChargeBay' at events and pitches, in order to spread the message that EV charging can be accessible and affordable. Over the span of the development of ChargeBay, Ansh and Manan have had the privilege?of speaking to 1000s of end users, utility/EV industry leaders, and property?stakeholders that have honed the product to its current iteration.

We’re Meghan, Rebecca, and Katherine—three 4th-year MD/MBAs who met in medical school and saw an opportunity to help early career physicians take control of their professional brand. With backgrounds spanning life science, consulting, venture capital, neuroscience, and health policy, we each bring a unique perspective to the intersection of business and medicine: ? Jacob Eisner, MPH Jacob Eisner is a distinguished professional with a robust academic background and diverse experience in healthcare and business. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University. Meet our Teams??: Litreal My name is Laura Castro Ramirez, I moved to Miami during the summer of 2023 to pursue a Masters Degree at the University of Miami School of Communication, where I am currently enrolled in their Interactive Media MFA Program. I grew up in Bogotá, Colombia and attended Northeastern University in Boston where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in international relations with a government track from their College of Social Sciences & Humanities as well as a Paralegal Studies degree. I really enjoy living a holistic lifestyle, experimenting with new technology, and books. From a young age, books have been a constant presence in my life, beginning with the bedtime stories my mother read to me each night. This ritual fostered not only a deep love for literature but also an appreciation for the connections that stories create. While reading is often seen as a solitary activity, it has an unparalleled ability to bring people together through discussion and shared interpretation. Books open dialogues, spark intellectual engagement, and cultivate empathy by allowing readers to experience the world through different perspectives. As someone who values both connection and innovation, I see storytelling as a bridge—one that not only enriches individual lives but also fosters deeper community engagement, a principle that continues to shape my approach to design and technology. Building on this belief in the power of storytelling and connection, I founded Litreal, a VR platform designed to transform the way readers engage with books and each other. Just as literature fosters dialogue and empathy, virtual reality enhances these connections by creating a sense of presence—allowing users to feel as if they are sharing the same space, even when miles apart. Our mission is to reshape the physical therapy landscape by developing a fully mechanized system of Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to treat musculoskeletal injuries. They are excited to be a part of the second cohort of USTAAR and are actively working to achieve success. Amira Mansuri Hi! My name is Amira Mansuri, and I am a senior in Biomedical Engineering and Global Health Studies on the Pre-Medical track from Miramar, Florida. Through my classes, research, clinical, and volunteer experiences, I have developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of technology, accessibility, and patient care. I am passionate about integrating technology into healthcare for more equitable care. Chloe Soriano Chloe Soriano is a senior in the 5-Year BS/MS Biomedical Engineering program at the University of Miami, with a minor in dance. As a Filipino-American and the first-born child in her family to be raised in the U.S., she thrives in organization, communication, and leadership while balancing her rigorous academic schedule with on-campus employment and research positions. Beyond her academic and entrepreneurial pursuits, Chloe is passionate about hip-hop dance. She actively embraces her identity as an Asian American within the hip-hop dance community and enjoys integrating her love for dance into her everyday life. ? Transitioning into entrepreneurship, he founded Titl, a Web3 and AI company transforming real estate title verification and transfer through blockchain and AI. He also founded NFT BAZL, the first-of-its-kind NFT marketplace for physical assets, bridging digital ownership with real-world value. A recognized thought leader in Fintech and Web3, Ori has been featured in Forbes, Amazon Prime’s?NFTme, and The Real Estate Syndication Show. Tory Ricalis is one of the Founders and CEO of Titl, a company that?aims to simplify and secure real estate transactions through blockchain technology. My name is Michael Boutros and I moved to Miami last summer begin my journey as a student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where I am enrolled in their dual degree MD/MBA program with the Herbert Business School. I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University in Columbus where I obtained my bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Fisher College of Business with a biology minor and completed the pre-medicine track. I really enjoy living an active lifestyle, experimenting with new technology, and traveling. Both of my parents are immigrants and work in healthcare. Between my two parents and their siblings, there are 8 doctors spread across the US, Syria, and Germany. From a young age, I enjoyed technology and knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur. To this day, I am constantly adding new business ideas to the notes app in my phone. As I grew up, I realized that I had a special talent for interacting with people and building many different pieces into a cohesive unit. Thus, business management was an obvious choice. However, like the rest of my family, I was also bitten by the healthcare bug. My love for science and the ability to combine my entrepreneurial side with the opportunity to make a true difference is what has led me to this point in my medical and business educations. In the last year, artificial intelligence has transformed the way everyone, especially those in my generation, have interacted with their personal devices. It has opened doors to the formation of countless new industries. As medical students, we saw a need for a more inclusive way to give pediatric patients a voice in their healthcare. The idea of utilizing our combined medical and business knowledge with rapidly improving AI technology through an innovative and creative outlet led to the creation of Care Tales. We are so excited and grateful to be a part of USTAAR!
