Senators Hickenlooper and Young were outstanding, offering valuable insights and thought leadership on the advancement of critical mineral supply chains in the U.S. and increased collaboration efforts with our allies across the globe. Critical minerals remain a focal point of attention, gaining bipartisan support due to their growing significance in energy, transportation, and defense sectors. US Strategic Metals would like to congratulate?Missouri University of Science and Technology's Critical Minerals and Materials for Advanced Energy (CM2AE) Tech Hub for being selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration (EDA) to receive nearly $28.5 million in funding for the Test Bed component project and the portions of our governance. As a member of the CM2AE Tech Hub consortium we have been proud to support this ground breaking effort to advance US critical mineral self sufficiency. CM2AE was one of six additional tech hubs selected to receive this round of funding which will scale up the production of critical technologies, create jobs in innovative industries, strengthen U.S. economic competitiveness and national security, and accelerate the growth of industries of the future in regions across the United States. We are thrilled to share Mitch Hook, our talented Finance Manager at US Strategic Metals, has been selected to participate in the ACG St. Louis STL Emerging 20 Class of 2025! This prestigious leadership development program is designed to empower rising young professionals in the finance community in Saint Louis, and we couldn’t be prouder to see Mitch recognized for his expertise and potential.

This past Friday, the USSM team came together to celebrate at our Year-End Employee Appreciation Party at Twin Oaks Vineyard in Farmington for an evening filled with great food, good music, and laughter! Highlights from the event: Mounika Annapureddy received the inaugural Golden Goose Award!?The Golden Goose Award is employee recognition initiative designed to spotlight and recognize the contributions made by employees at US Strategic Metals.?Managers and colleagues nominate candidates by submitting a brief description of their contributions.?Once selected, the Golden Goose Award will be passed monthly from one recipient to the next, celebrating the achievements of employees across different teams. Congratulations Mounika on being the first recipient! We also held a special employee raffle where team members took home some amazing gifts – a small token of appreciation for their dedication and hard work. Everyone also participated in a fun rock-paper-scissors tournament that brought out the competitive spirit of all in attendance! As we close out this year and look ahead, we’re excited for what’s to come in 2025. Thank you to our amazing employees for making this year truly unforgettable.
