Recent data from a Grid Strategies report underscores this need, projecting that the nation’s electric demand will rise nearly 16% by 2029. The landscape of energy is evolving rapidly and NextEra Energy Resources continues to adapt and lead the way. Customers and stakeholders agree that to meet the world's energy needs, a diverse mix of energy sources is essential. All forms of energy, including renewables, such as wind, solar and battery energy storage, are going to play a crucial role in ensuring businesses and communities across the country can continue to grow and innovate.
