    We are thrilled to attend the TIA (Transportation Intermediaries Association) 2024 Capital Ideas Conference this week. Be on the lookout for USMMG’s Chief Legal Officer, Patrick Bobo, who will join intellectual property expert Thomas Kern?of Benesch Law?on a Learning Lab panel on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.. Their topic is “Protecting, Mining, & Monetizing Your Technology and Intellectual Property,” which will educate attendees on protecting their company’s technology and technological process from a legal and practical standpoint. Thomas and Patrick will provide an overview of intellectual property protections, safeguards, and registrations, as well as contract negotiation tips for technology provisions.
